Breathe: Box Breathing · Effective 2 September 2026

The short version: nothing you do in the app leaves your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no trackers, and no third-party services. The app makes no network requests of its own.

What stays on your device

Your settings, your chosen rhythm and sky, and your breathing history — the days you practised and for how long — are stored locally on your iPhone, and nowhere else. Deleting the app deletes them.

Apple Health

You can choose to log completed sessions to Apple Health as mindful minutes. This is off by default and asked for only when you turn it on. The app only ever writes mindful minutes — it never reads anything from Health. You can revoke this at any time in the Health app, and Health data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

Reminders

The optional daily reminder is scheduled locally by iOS. Notification permission is requested only when you switch the reminder on, and the notification never contains personal information.

Purchases

Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The app never sees your payment details. Purchases can be restored through Apple on any of your devices.

What we collect

Nothing. Because no data leaves your device, there is nothing for us to collect, sell, share, or lose.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
